The hotel is in a GREAT location, very near the metro station. The staff answered quickly all requests. Communication was GREAT.

My room was small, I barely had space for luggage. The shower had LOW water pressure. It was difficult to have a comfortable shower.

friendly staff lovely courtyards fresh fruit

The staff was friendly. They assisted with directions. The hotel featured two lovely courtyards. I found them perfect. Breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed fresh fruit.

The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear hallway noise.

I found several issues . The bathroom door made an unusually LOUD noise when closed, disturbing the room. I found A cockroach in the bathroom early one morning. These issues detracted from the overall quality.
